Registration fees must be paid by November 12, 2010. Your registration fee may be transferred to a member of your organization up to 1 day before the event. All cancellations are subject to a $195 administration fee. All cancellations need to be submitted in writing 2 weeks prior to the event date in order to receive a refund minus the cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after November 5, 2010. In the unlikely event that the conference must be cancelled, Pet Industry Advisory’s liability is limited to the refund of the event registration fee only. This program agenda may change without prior notice but updates will be placed on the website.
